Electrician Requirements:
- Commercial / Industrial / Telecommunications experience
- Minimum 10 years field experience
- Experience with install and maintenance of AC power distribution and branch circuiting from 120/208 to 480/277 volts (3 phase and single phase)
- Proficient in install of raceway and wiring ranging from 1/2” to 4” and #12 to 500 MCM
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Work independently with good decision-making skills while also able to take direction and work well with management and coworkers
- Must have good housekeeping skills with ability to complete paperwork in a neat and accurate manner
- Valid PA drivers license. Ability to maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle
- No DUI’s
Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years field experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to service, install, and diagnose commercial heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Ability to complete paperwork in a neat and accurate manner
- Work independently with strong troubleshooting skills and minimal direction
- Associates Degree or equivalent from college or technical school
- Universal EPA Certification
- Valid PA drivers license. Ability to maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle
- No DUI’s
